This battery charger has got a lot of things going for it. It can jump start your car battery and your phone and it is also a flashlight. I have been carrying this jump starter around for more than four months but I have not had need to jump start my car (and that's a good thing!). But, I can tell you that it held its charge the entire time even though it sat in the car and endured a range of temperatures in excess of 100 degrees during those 4 months.
The set comes with its own cables, adapters so that you can charge an android device, an older iPhone or a newer iPhone. The built-in flashlight has two settings - regular and blinking. The device can be charged from a wall plug or from you car and the whole thing goes in a little cloth bag.
Hopefully, I will never need to try out this jump starter, but if I do I will certainly be glad that I am carrying this around.Note: I was sent the SPIDER jump starter at no charge so that I could evaluate it for review purposes. My bottom line: having this in my car is much better than not having it.
